Doctor Illyana Markov was the wife of President Markov for 10 years and preferred to work on her own medical research rather than get involved in politics and so kept a low profile. She tragically lost her life from radiation poisoning obtained while going outside to bring stragglers into the shelters. Her loss will be keenly felt by the entire nation. Dress Standard: Black Formal Wear (black tie) or Millitary Dress Uniform. Time: 0700 EST (Dawn) 25/may/2009 Where: Pacifica City aboard the Coast Guard patrol ship NOS Cerberus for the service and scattering of the ashes on the sea. A banquet will be provided afterwards at the Illyana Markov Memorial Hospital hall after its dedication ceremony.
