It was obvious something was going to happen in the near future and even if it didn't the Empire could not be left undefended as such Operation: Mainland Defense was approved a large project to Defend the Empire on land, in the air and on the sea. Dedicating almost all available manpower Social Projects were put on a lower speed and parts of Several budgets would be rerouted to ensure a speedy Construction of those Defenses needed to protect the Empire.

On the seas the whole Adriatic(Our own and the International) part would be filled with Jaws from the Greater German Empire and a SOSUS network should hostile ships be detected the mines would be activated and destroyed however as long as they would be Civilian there would be no problems in addition to this the Government had hired Prussian Engineers to create the Metal Storm based Shore Defenses in Prussia along the Phoenician coastline in addition to radar systems routing their information directly to Imperial Command.

On the land Goliaths, Sharks and Flak 10s would be constructed along all Borders and Important cities such as the new Zagreb or current Capital Jericho. As part of Operation: Deep man a large Military Command Center would be build underground and covered by an existing mountain while at other places construction of Underground Factories, Smaller Bases and Bunkers would commence.
