Your job would be simple, I would send 3mil to you and then you'd send 50 tech immediately to the nation he sends me and then another 50 tech ten days later. Basically its a normal tech deal except instead of sending me the tech you send it to someone else. I'm hoping to get this sorted by tomorrow so please let me know if you can help asap.
