Drakoria Expands

Recently, the newly evacuated region of Azerbaijan organized a local government that applied to become the third state of the Republic of Drakoria. The Drakorian Senate unanimously voted to admit the new state, and cheers rang out through Azerbaijan as the people heard. Local civil rights activist Trent Lowell, leader of the Don't Tread On Me Organization, was recorded in saying, This is a momentous occasion. We've looked upon Drakoria's actions with longing since it's recent founding. Now that we [Azerbaijan] are a part of the nation, there seems to be very little reason for DTOMO." The addition of Azerbaijan allowed Drakoria to stretch from the Caspian Sea to the Black Sea, and brought much needed supplies to reconstruction.

However, the addition of Azerbaijan is shadowed by bloodshed. In the Drakorian border near the region of Dagestan, Anarco-Communist Militants bombed, invaded, and occupied a small town. The death count was twenty-three. Drakorian troops were dispatched to retake the city and fortify the border to Dagestan. President Drake, after Senatorial approval, stated that Drakoria would take the initiative against these terrorists by securing the border, and, if necessary, occupying Dagestan.

The Drakorian Senate will be modified to seat new Senators from Azerbaijan.
