OOC: Open to all foreign interactions, the conversations here are in the open and could be seen by foreign powers interested in RPing.

The deserts of Djibouti... The dust choked air whipped to and fro as the peaceful desert was broken by the winged machina of man. Below in earthen air-fields another black propeller driven steam craft came to rest next to its kin beneath the shade of concrete structures. Moments later, the squinting eyes of Zarfef laid their claim to their new stronghold, a scorpion underheel, the desert heat, human sweat and soot from Ziggies airborne contraptions sweeping his labcoat in the deathly desert winds. Flanking him on each side were a hundred soldiers, each equipped with PPSh-41 style sub-machine guns, clad in black, trimmed in red, from their boots to their berets. If the material wasn't breathable, it could be argued that they would have suffocated from color choice. To either side of each column of twenty-five men stood a column of tanks, their engines sputtering the black goo of the desert into pure power...

Ziggy, who had been late rushed out with the last of his supplies in his arms, but stopped short upon the sight of the new armed forces escort.

Ziggy: Von Zuk didn't lie when he said he had built an army did he... they're even using my designs for the tanks!

Zarfef: It brings tears to my eyes.

Soldiers: ALL HAIL ZARFEF!

Zarfef however was not afforded the time for a morale speech, an envoy of his land general, Von Zuk approaching him from the side.

Envoy: Chairman Zarfef, it is is an honor to have you here, I am Al Asad, I am here to debrief you on our recent activities.

Zarfef and and Al Asad ventured from their position into the desert, Ziggy being given charge over the morale speech that was to be given. Al Asad hands Zarfef some pictures, upon which can be seen a series of night time military operations with foreign tanks and a facility undergoing attack by what appeared to be Aether Forces along with other national units.

Al Asad: As you know we were recently involved in a military "peace-keeping" operation, the action involved a joint measure of warfare between ourselves and several other allied organizations in order to halt further aggressive actions. An ironic cause for an "evil" organization, might I add.

Zarfef: Only if you ignore the power of allies Asad. I'll admit that it cost us greatly in henchmen to embark in the conflict, especially without reparations from our benefactors (OOC: In other words the military conflict was not a mercenary operation, this idea has been abandoned), but we ironically came out from the whole thing ahead anyways and we appear better to the world for doing so... we did send the aid correct?

Al Asad: Yes, they've left anarchy and are now stable once again.

Zarfef: Good. Mhahaha. I enjoyed that battle greatly, it was our first step towards my dreams.

Al Asad: Indeed. Also as requested, I bring confirmation that our multi-missile silos are complete, and we have maintained local military dominance, there are other armed regimes in the region but they pose little threat to our continued existence. The canyons though, they hide many secrets, so we have not tracked them all down and "recruited" them as of yet.

Zarfef: See that it is done. Now, shall we head off to air conditioning?

Al Asad: With pleasure Chairman, it is a two day journey though by jeep and by foot. The terrain is treacherous and riddled with canyon mazes, but you can be safe assured that your lair is hidden from the prying eyes of the west.

Zarfef: O_o (What's wrong with the west?)... Two days seems a bit long, isn't there a faster way?

Ziggy (Who has just approached the scene): Indeed there is, we'll use the attack helicopters at nightfall as a transport to bring us in quickly. I've just spoken to Von Zak, who says that the helipads were completed while you were away Al Asad... progress is ahead of schedule.

Al Asad: I was unaware of that. This is good. In the meantime we'll stay to the north and enjoy some nice lemonade while over-looking the waters of your new glorious home.

Zarfef: That sounds good. Dispatch the troops to their posts. Ziggy, bring the poison checking chemical set.

Ziggy: Yes sir.

Al Asad: Right away Chairman.

OOC: If you want to act in this small arc, feel free to do so while they are en route (they do have military escort remember) or at the house to the North.
