Yurapatnam Palace, Bangkok

Thousands of people crowded the plaza outside of the Palace, awaiting the news they had been waiting months for. From the back emerged a stout man, flanked by several ornately dressed guards. He approached the podium on the balcony and waved as the crowd erupted into cheers.

"Citizens of Siam!

I, Rajavi Visakapratnam, am here to announce that our negotiations with the member states of the Australasian Coalition have been successful. Today, Mainland Siam is a free and independent nation. Embracing the moderate Socialist models that have proven successful for many others, Siam aims to be a regional powerhouse for a long time to come.

The House of Pratnam, headed by myself, have taken the initiative to begin forming the institutions necessary to get this nation off the ground."

The crowd erupted again as King Rajavi turned to re-enter the room behind him.

Several hours later, a Press Conference was called for domestic and international press.

"His Royal Highness, General Rajavi Visakapratnam, King of Siam, Comissar of the Khmer Socialist Party, will now take questions."

The House of Pratnam announced shortly after that Vaen Lusakheim Inc. has moved the majority of it's operations to Siam, a move spearheaded by new VP of East Asian Operations Larsa Solidor. Siam also purchased 10% of Common and Preferred Shares from the Rukia Ownership Trust.

Rukia Trust and CEO Francis Drake immediately signed off on the deal.

"What are your plans concerning implimentation of an educational system? Primarily early education of children?"

"The primary focus of our early education programs will center on social and cognitive development, followed by increasing focuses on Science, History, Geography, and the Arts as they increase in their educational years.

Pre-Secondary Education and up to the Associate's levels will be subsidized by the Government, with non-collegiate Post Secondary Alternatives, including the civil service and military for those that choose to go that route.

Bachelors, Masters, Doctorates and other advanced degrees will be the responsibility of the Private Sector, with Government funded aid programs for qualifying students."
