Since the unwarranted bombing of Khmer Empire by the State of Cochin in the Dragon Empire the government of PRC as decided to cease recognizing the State of cochin as a member nation of the Dragon Empire. As of now they are considered a rogue state and unfriendly nation to the PRC. Rail Tracks in each province completed The infrastructure project of the nation has gone quite quickly. The rail project connecting every part of the country has been completed with every city/village/town in the PRC having connection to their province capital. As such since the three provinces are in different areas they are connected only by flight but internally each province has their own rail line which has finally been completed. Private Vehicles going to be outlawed soon The government has decided to start the rail project in the major cities to remove private vehicles from the road but rather have the people use public transport. The government feels that the vehicles consume much valued peoples money and is hazardous to the environment and believes public transport in the major metro cities could help reduce emissions from PRC. The project was to build weapons that would destroy Asia and probably more if PRC is invaded and on the verge of defeat. The Project was split into three parts- Nuclear Weapons,Chemical Weapons and Biological Agents. The Nuclear Weapons were simple. Once built they would be kept ready for a quick launch. The idea? If PRC is on the verge of defeat these nuclear weapons would self destruct and destroy PRC and the invading force and the radiation would destroy most of East Asia. The Chemical Weapons were meant to be sent to the invading nation. They would be fired at the invading nations(if close by) to destroy their citizens as well. The Biological Weapons were to make sure the world had years of suffering for invading the PRC. The most dangerous viruses were being produced after the other two stages were completed. Currently the first stage (Nuclear Weapons) was more or less completed and work on chemical weapons was being researched. *Public* Family Law passed The government decided earlier today to follow the one child per family law to help curb excessive population growth in the PRC. The government felt that this was the only way to curb the growth. Once a family is created (1 child + 2 parents) the men shall be sterilized, unless the child is born with problems then a second child shall be allowed to have one "normal" child in the family. The child with problems shall have special schools run by the government to help them become sucessful in life even with their problems. The Foreign Minister Replied- " Yes, it was unnecessary but we will not act upon it as we have replied in kind. We feel the Somalians are in pain for the loss of nearly 600 citizens due to certain terrorists from Promised Land in anger insulted us. We will instead try to work on a better future with them ." With the increase in research and technology, PRC scientists are hoping to put a satellite into space to join other space age countries. The reason why it hasn't been put up is more or less because the government spent less money on such projects but worked more on the military sector of the country. Increase in military budget This year's financial budget has shown nearly a 12% increase in expenditure for the military. These funds are used for maintaining the new fortifications and the 25,000 new cadets who passed their entrance exam for the military. Almost a 6% increase for maintenance of special projects such as the Nuclear Enrichment Project and the Weapons of Mass Destruction Project as well as the Fortress of Douala. The other 21% are citizens below the age of 18 and therefore their votes are not counted. Reasons for this massive support is more or less because of the non-intervention policy taken by the government in foreign affairs and also because of the advancements within the country even though their pockets aren't filled with that much money ( 4,000USD a year is what I'm looking at much like the DPRK) they are happy with their lives. Free Speech has been abolished by the government The government has banned free speech among the people and the right to assemble without arms earlier today as "preventive measures." The free press has also been abolished by the Premier and as such none of these rights were in use by the people and the government felt it would be best to keep it that way. The idea was to not let the country go into Anarchy as both our countries follow communism. Probably the last stronghold for Communism now the Premier was dissapointed at the failure of the NPR government nuking themselves and has said so far over 60% of the country is under our control and not a drop blood has been spilled. He said that by day after all areas except the northern most points, everything up to Beijing would be under control as they are air lifting the troops and dropping them into areas. New laws on private matters The government has decided that no girlfriends and boyfriends cannot stay in the same house together and unless married. They feel this is the right thing to stop unwarranted pregnancies breaking the "We Two, Ours One" law and only if married can they have sexual intercourse and live together. As of now the government decreed that football(soccer) is the national sport for the PRC and that everyone from the age 11-16 have to play at least 3 years of the sport. They say that a citizen must play the national sport with pride. Complete control over the NPR All areas of NPR are under PRC control except Beijing and Tianjin which is undergoing cleaning efforts by the PRC. "It is a moment of victory, our enemies to the north have fallen, and the people are happy that we are controlling the area. We hope to keep it a prosperous and peaceful region of the PRC. Much of the Empire has a common love... the love of sports... football in particular. Today the Dragonisian Soccer Authority, or DSA met with the leaders of hte PRC's Soccer league and proposed a merger into the "Imperial Soccer League" with an attempt to introduce as many Empire States into the game as possible. The Premier feels this will be the best way to get rid of anti-Chinese citizens living in the country for doing nothing else but creating trouble and too maintain law and order. The Night Watch agents will be kept secret and no one in the country except for the government shall know who the agents are. Democracy In China?? Earlier today the government after discussion with the party decided to allow province elections to give more work to the party members and slightly more freedom to the people. Members who have been in the party for over 5 years, less then 40 years of age and is not a citizen from that province can run for Governor of the province. Their deaths shall not go in-vain. Everyone associated with the Democratic Movement shall be thorougly searched, if any has a weapon they shall be executed immediately. There shall be certain areas which the wall do not cover. Those areas are mostly the harbour regions. This is has been allowed to improve coastal fortifications of the People's Republic. *Private* All coastline encroachments were being removed and the project was started. Tianjin and Hebei coastlines were the last areas selected for building is they were still a radiated mess. At Liaoning was where the first sand was dug for building bunkers and Anti-Naval Weapons. FlaK towers were as well being build slightly inward at every major point. Radio towers were the last to be built. The project was going to take an estimated 5 years to complete. *End Private* The Democrats Caught! The 24 democrats who were suspected to have killed the 3 communist party members where all caught and executed earlier today. Their charges were- 1) Homicide 2) Murdering Communist Party Members 3) Wielding Illegal Weapons and Ammunition 4)Disrupting internal harmony. If a person is guilty with more then two charges they are set for execution as per Part IV- Article 2.1 of the Constitution of China (The constituition is divided into 14 pats. Law and Order is the 4th part.) The democratic leaders were rounded up and sent to jail to complete their 25 years rigorous imprisonment term as they were convicted for the following charges- 1) Disrupting Internal Harmony At this time, we do not know of their involvement and if their involvement with the murders existed, they shall be executed as well. Now they are issued with the Jinan-Standard Combat Assault Rifle or J-SCAR. It comes in two variants J-SCAR L, and J-SCAR H. It has been in testing and development for a while and is the first set of combat rifle's made in China. The J-SCAR L and J-SCAR H models. 31 Die as Democrats declare hostilities against the Government Earlier today 2,000 army soldiers defected to join the 300 men strong democrats to declare an all out war over the communists, to destabilize the country so that democracy may prevail. The Premier cited this war as a sad one, but the best place to train with the new weapons in the Chinese Arsenal. As such he has declared that not one shall get mercy for their acts and instead shall all be shot or captured then executed. He said not one of the estimated 2,500 defectors should be alive at the end of this short war which he also says should be over by the end of the month or so.
