popsumpot
Due to the war, there has been increased talk in our alliance of how to develop our military structure. One of the things that cropped up is that we want to use spying to enforce our warchest guidelines. This would involve using the "Gathering Intelligence" spy operation on someone of our alliance who is suspected of not meeting those guidelines. One of our govt members brought up that it may be considered spy slot filling as it would be conducted on someone with the same Alliance Affiliation, so I was wondering if you guys could clear this up. Would we be able to spy on our own members for the purpose of enforcing alliance policy without violating the rules?
Iamrecognized
I would guess that it would not be allowed. There is no way for anyone to know if that's what you are really doing, or if you are just filling the slots. Intelligence is relatively cheap and does no damage, so you risk almost nothing, but take up one (or more) slots that could be used by your enemies. Allan a Dale
This would be deemed spy slot filling, do not do it.
