It doesn't affect how much is stolen or destroyed?

If not, why would you not always do Cautious unless you're a death whore like you Alden? :P

1) Inflicting the max amount of casualties on your opponent increases your chance of an anarchy

2) If you don't kill enough of your own troops then you can't buy enough to properly defend yourself from counter attack

And that is why I am an IA guy and not a War guy :P
