To the second question: Arkantos: Early education should start at the pre-k level, at age three, teaching basic skills they will need later, like basic English. Mithlandi: My view is the same as my Republican colleague's. Vallos: All children shall be taught the wonderous privilage they have to be born in the Federation, as well as basic things like the pledge of allegiance, and the national language. We're not sure when yet, but it will be sometime. We would say 'May God have mercy on whoever is the next President,' but we're against religion too! Arkantos is once again the President of the Atlantian Federation, with Vallos now as Vice-President. Proposal 1, the "Commie Bill" as it has been dubbed by the media, has been voted down, but htere is clear support for it. Proposal 2, the "Return to Welfare" bill, has not passed, as it did not obtain a simple majority as Atlantian law requires for such a bill. The Federation will remain a welfare -free state for now.
