Fellow citizens of Planet Bob,

CON has been quiet for a long while and as such has not been participating in the war gripping Planet Bob. We are aware of our treaty obligations. We have MDP partners on both sides of the battlefield. We are currently deliberating what to do. There is no easy answer and ideally we wish to maintain strong links with the partner alliances. While no definitive decision has been taken, we can say this: What ever happens, our Orange brethren will not be the subject of attacks from us.

let us clarify, undue attack. We have a commitment to Orange unity and so it has been discussed by the Senate that engagement with Orange alliances and/or nations will be kept to a minimum. That is all.
