Actually, the "American Union State" is a fictional country in the Kaiserreich mod fo Hearts of Iron 2, where the American Civi War occurs in the late 30's, and one of the rebel countries is the American Union State, which is labelled as "National-Populist", the far right ideology according to the mod (since it's an alternate history mod where germany won WW1, there is no national socialism).
