There was even roleplay in the Nordlandic Confederacy's first meeting saying that the less technical nations need to tech share with the higher up nations. OOC: Almost all tech sharing needs better RP. A single line will never cut it, nor will a single clause in a treaty etc. The fact still stands this was posted 7 min after being informed that a tech share was needed OOC.
