It is time for the Commonwealth to honor this commitment. A State of War is recognized between the Commonwealth and the attackers of Neo Triyunica. As of now, the following policies are in effect for the Commonwealth: 1) No nuclear first strikes. You nuke at your own peril. 2) Full Compliance with the New Pacific Order's rules of engagement, whatever those rules may happen to be right now. Hail Wightonia. Yes, this serious. Of course, I'll have to revise my wiki page a bit -- the new incarnation of Wighton (in CNRP, that is) will be a more peaceful incarnation than its predecessor...more of an experiment in how a political scientist would run a society.
