My environment before the event was 2.35, and after I picked the environment bonus, it was still 2.35. Is there some kind of minimum level for this, or did I find a true bug? If its a bug, my environment should be 0.35, not 2.35. (Well, if I rebuild the two border walls.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If its a bug, my environment should be 0.35, not 2.35. (Well, if I rebuild the two border walls.) The lowest your environment can be is 1 plus GRL which happens to be 2.35. So there was nothing left to improve with those two points. You can get rid of the border wall you have and your environment will remain at 2.35.
