But they were not ready for such an undertaking, making bad choices and letting their enemies know their true identity by their actions; from stock prices going down the drain after Dragonisia found the truth, to a resistance force in Diberia covertly unlinking the chains that originally stoped the New Inca Empire from forming months before it did (and now is taking over Diberia as a whole). Now, Aperture's employees (NOT many of GTI's employees) had very few choices; plead and try to win the court cases? Run? Release the zombie virus into hotspots around the globe? Retreat into Diberia, cut off communications to the outside world, and fight a long war with the resistant? They had very little time to choose. But they were Aperture Science, who kept their very existance a secret for decades, behind wars and massive deaths tolls of over twently million lives. They would hide, but not without doing as much damage as they can. Within GTI... GTI is crumbling apart; all of the high-up staff of GTI were killed by Aperture to hide GTI's final secret actions. Jerrey Rough is rumored to have died. Planes have embarked to the entire world with the zombie disease.* All communications in Diberia (except the Inca Empire) have been terminated; all landlines going through Diberia were cut off immedietly. Many lives in many countries were also ruined; hidden codes and explosives in GTI's factories throughout the globe were told to blow up exactly at 11:35PM, and so they did. GTI was becoming no more... Within Diberia The Rebellion has supplies for months on end. GTI, or rather Aperture Science, also has enough for months. Both were cut off from the outside world in Barren Diberia. Aperture did not use the zombie disease anymore - for fear of affecting their own men - , but were rather attempting to rebuild the vast agro land in Diberia's western edge, to which they would become "harmless farmers". Public Suddenly, without reason, GTI stopped all comunications at precisly 11:35PM. Their factories around the glode have blow up. The last news item broadcasted was "Molly's Goat Found!"; it is thought that they arn't related. IC: Fortunately, it was the night shift at the factories in Promised Land when they blew up, meaning there was only one fatality and half-a-dozen injuries all told between them, all security personel.
