JEDCJT
Midst secret discussions between the governments of the Republic of New England and the Tahoe Republic through secure and classified channels, it was thus decided that Guantánamo Bay, a harbor located in southern Cuba, controlled by Tahoe, shall pass under the control and jurisdiction of the Republic of New England. Unconfirmed rumors are, however, circulating around that New England acquired the base without having to spend even a penny, but that's another story. Following this agreement, several ships departed the ports in the Republic of New England and sailed toward their newest 'outpost in the Carribbean'; the bay shall be staffed by Army and naval officials. This shall be a testament to Tahoan-New England relations. May it prosper! Location of Guantánamo Bay in Tahoan Cuba.
Lord Frost
May we inquire into the importance of this "Guantanamo Bay"?
Manetheren
It is a major port in the Caribbean which will give New England access to a strong military position in the region as well as access to the economic conditions of Cuba and the rest of the Caribbean, the center of trade between North and South America. Tahoe confirms this transaction and hopes this signals a new sign of peace and friendship

Manetheren
"Is there a waterpark? We've heard so much about having fun with water that we insist upon a water-themed park." Yes, in fact, the leading attraction to the part is the Waterboard. You lie on a board and go down a trippy tunnel over shoots and down slides, all while water is being sprayed at you in every direction. It is very revealing...separates the men from the boys.
