Non-Aggression Both the Tennessee Federation and the Atlantian Federation agree not to take any hostile action against each other. Article II. Intelligence Sharing Both nations agree to share any and all intelligence that may present a threat to either nation. Article III. Defense Both nations agree to defend the other should the other be attacked by a third nation. Article IV. Aggression Both nations agree to take part in any offensive action the other takes. Article V. Trade and Open Borders Both nations agree to have unrestricted movement between each nation. Border crossing points are still permitted as they are considered non-restrictive. Both nations also agree to allow goods from the other to be sold in their nation, and for the goods to be imported with no tariffs. Article VI. Cancellation If either nation wishes to cancel this treaty, a 96 hour notification period is required. Article VII.
