The CB exists out there already (if you consider the CB for the BLEU war an actually CB), but no one wants to be the aggressor. Hopefully some alliance as the whole gets bored enough and decides to do it. Well then, I am going have to go down to 1.2K infra in order for that to take effect then. Hopefully my other infra is able to change your infras mind first. I believe the time for all of those attacks have been included in the message, and since the war is less then a day old you should be able to figure out the time table, but for the most part they are in chronological order.
