The Congress of the Melvin Republic has mandated the following:

Military Spending Increases

-Cruise Missile production up 1000% from peacetime

-Aircraft production up 2000% from peacetime

-Mobilization of 200,000 reserve soldiers

-Mobilization of the Melvin Republic Navy Reserve

Congress has also passed the "Planes for Pilots Act"

*Munitions and aircraft manufacturers are forbidden to strike at factories

In the skies above Asia, 40 militarized X-15 interceptor squadrons fly at extremely high altitudes, undetected by the radar of the nations beneath them. They are on a direct course to the center of Slavorussia, where the pilots will receive orders and begin combat operations as soon as possible. Seven more X-15 squadrons are escorting three squadrons of New Generation Bombers around the the east and north of Asia, as the bombers can not come close to the altitudes attainable by the X-15 and would be violating airspace.
