Robert Susver stood in awe at the nation of Canada. He wanted this, and only this for the future of NNE and looked to see what policies he can take or amend from the leaders of this nation. He approached his Comrade Fjodor Leclerc, and shook his hand, holding back a hug.

"It is a pleasure to meet you. All that you have done is at my home in my study. I will make the best of this meeting and will attempt to limit from bothering you too much." Rob was shaking but nonetheless hoped visitors came by so he wasnt the only one absorbing the aura of this great man.

Nasko was nearly in Canada when a flight attendant woke her up. "Miss Fejza, we'll be arriving in Canada soon. I just thought you would want to know." Nasko stretched as she said, "Thank you sir." The attendant walked away as she put he seat belt on for the landing. Nasko was what some would call a beautiful woman with brown hair and deep blue eyes. The flight landed and she was soon on her way to where the meeting was supposed to take place.

OOC: RP pleasure points? Could you clarify that?

Regarding the other communist states, I guess they will appear if they are interested in this. If they're not interested, I can't do much, so blah.

Also, I didn't exactly plan for the Chairman to greet his guests personally...but I guess your guy could've already arrived in the meeting room in the Nakheel Tower. The room's something like 500 meters above the ground. I'll RP like that, 'kay, mykep?

To the others, you can RP your plane arriving or your guy getting into the meeting room. Describe what you like, but keep in mind the Nakheel Tower, where the meeting is, is almost in the Center of Ferinh. Click for a map - Blue = the airport, black the Center Tower, a kilometer north of it is the Nakheel tower. Dark red = SkyCity. This island on which Ferinh is located is roughly 50 kilometers in diameter (or 25 in radius)

For OOC questions, just ask.

IC:

Leclerc smiled while shaking Susver's hand, patting him on the back. "It's an honour having you here, my friend. Don't be afraid of asking me questions, I'm always glad to answer them if it's of benefit for comrades. But now, " he gestured to the table with a number of chairs at the sides, "please take a seat. relax a bit until the others come and feel free to ask whatever you'd like to know.

She would quickly be brought to the Nakheel Tower, almost in record time. The reason for this was that a the route from the Airport to the Nakheel Tower had, the first time in the history of Ferinh, been made inaccessible to civilian traffic, so that the guests would sit a minimal amount of time in the limousines bringing them to the Tower.

Dr Peta Hinely arrived in Ferinh, and was amazed at the sights of it. The overwhelming tower and the awe-inspirng skycity blew her mind. When She arrived at the tower, and was already in love with city. She arrived at the tower and went up to the meeting room where she awaited the start.

Zakhev made his way to Canada, his first trip to the Americas. As his plane landed in the city of Ferinh, Zakhev was amazed at how the people took to their new government and it's technologival advances. Zakhev drove from the airport to the tower via motorcycle and made his way to the top of the tower where he met NNE representative Robert Susver (his father has met with representative of his gov't before) and Canadian representative Fjodor Leclerc. Zakhev extended his hand to Leclerc, saying "My name is Victor Zakhev, Yuktobanian Deputy Prime Minister. My father is the head of state."

OOC: I have sent someone who thinks you are god. I'm sorry for skipping the travel phase. Usdually that limits the RP of the OP till the other RPers actually arrive so I skipped straight to that. Sorry.

"Dr. Hinely, welcome to Ferinh. I'm glad that you could make it in time. Please, have a seat. There still are some not here yet.", the Chairman said while shaking her hand, smiling.

OOC: Fun Fact: Leclerc is my Chairman and thus highest leader.

IC: Zakhev seemed to arrive only a minute after Peta Hinely. He, too, was greeted and asked to take a seat until everyone was there.

Nasko was soon at the meeting room and settled herself into a seat. She pulled out a small mirror and began checking her makeup awaiting the start.

OOC: Quite a few females I know do this...

The Chairman was slightly confused that Nasko checked her makeup after sitting down, but shrugged it off as a weird quirk.

OOC: I have sent someone who thinks you are god. I'm sorry for skipping the travel phase. Usdually that limits the RP of the OP till the other RPers actually arrive so I skipped straight to that. Sorry.

Susver took his seat and waited patiently for the others to arrive he figured the meeting would start eventually.

OOC: Ah, okay. Thanks.

Also, by now only Centurius and Aliyev need to arrive, unless someone else wants to come, too, I think.

IC: The Chairman kept waiting patiently.

For the representatives, there was a monitor in the table on each seat, with a pressure-sensitive display. This was to ensure that they could waste some time - by reading news or such things, or playing Minesweeper - and to enable them to easily write down things during the meeting. A keyboard was of course included in this setup, though they could choose to type directly on the display, too.

OOC: Unusual, I know, but hey, it's fancy :awesome: technology.

Dr.Sounders left early in the morning before the battles had started. He left from the southern Anhui region and flew through the pacific towards Canada. The plane went passed the Carribean before flying North towards Canada. He got of at Feinh and arrived at the meeting.

Peta shakes the Chairmans hand, sits down and waits for the meeting to start.

The Chairman smiles while he shook Peta's hand, happy that the Canadian Neighbour had come to the meeting.

The Secretary of Foreign Affairs had arrived at the meeting a bit worried about the situation back.

"Welcome, welcome. I know you are worried about the war that just broke out, But you need not worry about this. If the NNE asks for it, we will help the Russians in these hard times, comrade. But for now, please have a seat."

He looked at those who were here, nodding.

"With that, almost everyone is here, I think.."

Dr.Sounders left early in the morning before the battles had started. He left from the southern Anhui region and flew through the pacific towards Canada. The plane went passed the Carribean before flying North towards Canada. He got of at Feinh and arrived at the meeting.

Then, the Beijing representative arrived.

"Ah, welcome, Dr. Sounders. With your arrival, only the Azerbaijan representative is not here, but I believe we can begin without him. Please, have a seat."

Once Dr. Sounders sat down, the room darkened, and in the middle of the room, a hologram appeared.

239883.jpg

OOC: Currently here...(Mostly for me, so I don't forget someone)

Canada, Cainette, NNE, Beijing Corp, Alvonia, Yuktobania, Bosporan. Azerbaijan may come later, and others can attend at a later time...

IC: On it, all the nations currently having a representative in the room were marked in blue, while the rest of the world was kept in the standard orange of the hologram, though the borders were there as normally.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, you currently do not know why you are here, and I intend to enlighten you, without holding an hour-long speech or anything. That's not my style, I am a man of few words.

Now, we all here have something in common: We are heavily leftist in our policies. Some of us border heavily on communism, others have embraced it. Because of this, what we have common, what is our ideology and influences all our policies, I would like to propose something that would benefit us all.

A communist alliance, or bloc. The Comintern, or "Communist International".

If founded, it would focus on spreading the goods of communism, preferrably peacefully, though force may be needed against those who actively work against us. While everything can be discussed, I would propose, as very rough draft, a Mutual Defensive and optional Aggressive Pact or MDoAP with nuclear retaliation if a memberstate is attacked by the means of nuclear weapons. Nations that desire to join would be subject to thorough checks to make sure that they indeed are communist and not merely trying to infiltrate our alliance. Economic and technologic treaties would be included as well, and I would like to include an optional - or perhaps mandatory - article that elevates this treaty above all others that have been signed previously or will be signed in the future.

What do you think of this, and how could we change this treaty to make it truly great, Ladies and Gentlemen?"

OOC: I'd also need someone who volunteers to write it. I'm bad with that stuff. ^^''

"A noble goal but perhaps it would be better to add an additional more Mandatory Aggressive clause, something in the form of more than 50% of the members in favor of action would enforce the rest to join... This could make the more aggressive forms as mentioned before possible without a lot of bureaucratic problems"

The Chairman nodded. "That would certainly be a possibility, and can be added if majority is for it. I for one, however, would prefer to spread communism peacefully and without war, otherwise our ideology and what it stands for becomes subverted. Additionally, the countries hostile to us would use that as excuse to defile our reputation."

OOC: :awesome: map, mind if I steal borrow it?

IC: "Hmm...I'm sure Atler would not mind signing something like this...I'll have to contact him though."

OOC: No, sorry. My map. ^^

IC: "Certainly. If you want to make a call, there is a phone in the next room. It is equipped with sound-proof cells in which the phones are, for enhanced security."

The Chairman pointed to a door on the side of the room, on which "phones" stood.

Peta stood up "I agree with my Bosporan counterpart. Cainette would find this treaty most benficial to our national interests. We propose the following treaty:"

The Communist International

Preamble:

The world is a heavily industrialized place. However, the world cannot function without the workers of the world. The countries that have come to sign this treaty have seen this beacon of truth and have embraced it with communism or hard socialism. They will help the workers of the world one step closer in uniting.

Article 1-Non Aggression:

The signatories of this pact agree to never fight each other. As comrades it is wrong to fight amongst each other, when we need to be working for the greater good for the classless world.

Article 2-Mutual Defense:

If any signatory of this pact has their independence violated all the signatories are required to come to their comrades aid, whatever the cost.

Article 3-Optional Aggression:

For the benefit of the greater good of our comrades aggressive war may be required. If a comrade is involved in an aggressive war, the other signatories of the pact will vote collectively on whether to aid the aggressor. If a 50% majority passes all signatories will join in and fight for their comrade.

Article 4-Mutual Nuclear Retaliation:

If a comrade is hit by a nuclear weapon or any other WMD, their comrades are to unleash their nuclear arsenal on the offending nation.

Article 5-Trade:

As we are all comrades there are to be no tariffs and closure of ports to our comrades mercantile fleets, as that would harm trade.

Article 6-Economic Aid:

If a comrade comes to be encountering economic difficulties their comrades will do their up most to help the failing economy.

Article 7-Technology:

All signatories of this treaty are able to share one an other's technology as it is another step forward against capitalism and its oppression.

Article 8-Voting:

All comrades are able to vote on any proposition put forward, as we are all equal.

Article 9-New Members:

Any new members will put through a rigorous test to see if they are communist or just capitalists trying to work their way in through lies and deceit. A 66% Majority is also required.

Article 10-Governmental change

In the case that one of our comrades moves away from the communist ideal, be it elections, a coup d'état or any other such reason, his membership will temporarily be put on hold, until the others decide on a course of action.

Article 11- Complete Withdrawal:

If a comrade decides to abandon their fellow comrades a 72hr notice and a sufficient reason is to be given.

OOC: It needs tweeking so go nuts.

Fix'd. Otherwise, perfect.

"This would ensure that we can either make sure that the true government stays in power, in the case of a revolt - violent or otherwise - or that the former member could be expelled in the case of democratic elections - unless they are bogus elections."
