It is the Pax Pacifica. It is alliance to promote peace. Having war come to Tasmania and Australia would disrupt the peace so prevalent these days. We respect your decision, flawed as it may be, however, we will aid you in any pacific based conflict.

Though slightly later than the attacks by Dragonisia and Artemisthe Helzan forces made a concentrated push into the western parts of Indochina that bordered the Solarein Federacy and though the push didn't go too deep into what was Indochina they did manage to secure a few extra hundred miles of land which the commander was authorised to hand over to the Solarein Federacy as a gift. The Helzan troops in the meantime settled into defensive positions incase of the highly unlikly possibilty of an attack.

This blatant land grab maneuver was closely watched and monitored. A diplomat was sent to the Solarien Federacy.

They said this, "We had no idea of your intent to "support" us during this operation. If you have captured any native Indian territory, you MUST return it, however if you've captured other lands which will lack governance after this event you should get in touch with Slavorussia to ensure they're not going to be upset at your newly laid claims."
