If you do the 4 above we will not attempt to remove you completely from Asia, if you do we will go to obtain every acre of land and then declare anything outside the borders of historic India as protectorates for more efficient and effective governments to replace you."

The MLRS systems opened fire on a majority of IndoChinese troops at the border. The MLRS systems were designed to systematically destroy everything in the grid, which was something they did best. Even Canadian troops fell under the MLRS missiles. With a missile every five seconds, it was estimated that a majority of the IndoChinese troops at the border would become casualties, but initial reports were sketchy.

In addition, twenty-five squadrons of bombers and escorts took off from the two carrier groups and the Palau zone and the ones already stationed in Dragonisian India. Strikes were being made on a majority of the missile silos of IndoChina, while a massive cyber attack was launched by operatives already inside of IndoChina. The national network of Indochina was quickly brought down, and power grids all across the country were expected to be shut down.

With 500,000 soldiers still remaining, the IndoChinese Army begins firing on Dragonisian positions. The X-1300 tanks also fire, destroying hoards of Dragonisian troops.

The seven ships of the IndoChinese navy were instantly being tracked by the carrier battle groups and were intercepted. Bombers who were originally intended for the missile silos instead diverted their course towards the IndoChinese navy. Battleships and submarines each unleashed a barrage of fire, while hundreds and hundreds of bombs and missiles started heading for the navy.

With the collapse of the Indochinese government in Asia the agreement that Northern India reverts back to Slavorussian control is activated.

Dragonisia is free to capture and arrest any cyber criminals, paramilitary agents, terrorists or any other person or persons who may be a threat to their national security in Northern India. However we will block any attempt to annex the country into the Dragon Empire if that is your intention. We are interested in working with Indochina's neighbors and other Asian powers to establish a more friendly country in Northern India.

Additionally we apologize for not stopping Indochina before it came to this, but Indochina is fully independent and in these rough times we tend to limit our activities to Europe and Siberia, and choose not to partake in Asian issues.

We would like to take this time to invite Dragonisia to Moscow to decide the fate of Northern India.

Though slightly later than the attacks by Dragonisia and Artemisthe Helzan forces made a concentrated push into the western parts of Indochina that bordered the Solarein Federacy and though the push didn't go too deep into what was Indochina they did manage to secure a few extra hundred miles of land which the commander was authorised to hand over to the Solarein Federacy as a gift. The Helzan troops in the meantime settled into defensive positions incase of the highly unlikly possibilty of an attack.

To clarify, we consider the Marscurian Empire and the Solariens both responsible member governments of the Indian Subcontinent and valid representatives of their peoples. It is only the Indochinese government which has failed in such an extreme degree at its sole purpose, the defense of its own people. You actually beat us to the negotiations tables. We knew this would occur and we'd be more than pleased to speak to you about the future of the state. Any citizens and troops who do not resist in Northern India will not be harmed. We call on the current Indochinese military machine to surrender peacefully to what will be an obviously superior force in a very short span of time so that the processing of those guilty of crimes against the people of these lands may be most aptly processed. Dereliction of duty will be considered an act of treason against the people of this nation.
