Maelstrom Vortex
"Dragonisia is now accepting proposals and contracts for the development of a large wind power field in the typhoon zones in the Indian Ocean inside our national waters. We hope it will be the largest wind farm ever constructed. We also have specific requirements for the wind farm. The equipment must be capable of enduring up to 300 mile per hour winds. The equipment must be convertible into stored energy for a large onshore battery complex we are building which will be as tall as a sky scraper, a full 50 stories, 20 stories deep, and possibly would be the largest power storage complex man has ever sought to build. Proposals should include method of storage and projected outputs and express all known technological and engineering hurdles and cost projections. Few are aware, but a single typhoon generates more power than many nations need over many years. We are attempting to harvest a mere fraction of this massive mechanical energy as well as daily ongoing average wind yields. The onshore battery complex will hopefully store an immense amount of this power for as long as it can possibly be stored for the use of the Indian mainland. We anticipate spending as much as 300 billion, if not more on this project and are open to all suggested constructs that are feasible." Bob Roosevelt, minister of Infrastructure stated. LeVentNoir
We, the Glorious Aotearoa Institute of Advanced Engineering have several proposals. The first would be a combination of harvesting jet turbines and tidal generators, while the other would use horizontal rotation based generation devices. More information can be gained with suitable interest.

LeVentNoir
"Definitely interested, do you think your tidal generators and the wind turbines could sustain the forces of tidal waves and hurricanes?" First point, tidal generators are almost immune to wave action, so these can be standard models. Second, jet wind generators are basically jet engines, using the wind movement through them to generate power at speeds much higher than anything encountered on earth. comrade nikonov
The Government of IndoChina will oppose this as this may slow down the Monsoon winds, destroying IndoChinese agriculture. Do be warned.

HHAYD
The Government of IndoChina will oppose this as this may slow down the Monsoon winds, destroying IndoChinese agriculture. Do be warned. We do know that moving air can move around large resistance, if there is any open gap nearby. As long as they are not filling the sky with hundreds of wind power plants, the wind can still pass through those wind power plants.
Sir Keshav IV
This seems very interesting and Bejing Corp would like to send some construction workers because they are getting bored sitting in bunkers while a war is being fought. The contractor will have final say in all hiring needs."
