hizzy
Baseball is the worst game in the world and I not only think less of both you fine gentleman, but your alliances as well for harbouring such horrible opinions.
KingSuck
Congratulations, Sparta! Sometimes one less is a whole lot more. I actually had a chuckle at "communication with TPF has been lacking" followed by "no members are allowed to post". Good times. But seriously though, congrats Sparta You've stolen my thoughts.Congratulations, Sparta. I see what you did thar.Congrats Sparta. Hmm, congrats to Sparta. Congrats! Sparta went up in my book. Congratz I guess. This is the second time recently you've congratulated someone on a treaty cancellation ... Do you think TPF is better off without Sparta? Are you planning to put your swords to some use? Congratulations is a strange choice of words unless you think there is something wrong with the other party. I agree with your point on this, but given the quotes above, I think it's unfair to pick on DK on this one.
Stumpy Jung Il
I dont know why you canceled but I support you anyway, how noble. You love alliances when they do what you want and hate them when they don't. Sparta may have changed I see you have not. I do know about the situation so shut up and stop assuming what I do and don't know. I think I know about all there is to know about the situation that an outside party can know. Also, I love alliances who are allied to my friends and have shown them great respect in every way I've seen. I am praising them just like you mindlessly praise Valhalla and co. for being your allies. I doubt you actually read most of the announcements you stupidly praise. Still mindlessly trolling people you know nothing about though. I see you have not changed either. You have always been my least favorite BAPS member because of your complete disrespect for us and my alliance. Think for yourself mate, and get off my $@! in every thread you and I post in. EDIT: Also most people like alliances who do what they want them to do and dislike alliances that dont. Thats actually the only reason that people like and dislike each other. OOC: I would kindly remind you that I did not mention baseball. I had to wiki "Mets" to get his reference because I am Norwegian and we only play real sports. PatriotOne
o/ TPF Perhaps our communication will improve down the line and this can be reversed...only time will tell. Bob Janova
I agree with your point on this, but given the quotes above, I think it's unfair to pick on DK on this one Hehe, fair point . I think I must have been building up the feeling from reading through the thread and my brain finally noticed when I got to DK's. My question then goes out to all the people who are 'congratulating' one party on this – why do you feel like thumbing your nose at the other party? Particularly when they are still allied. Particularly when they are still allied. I think the answer to that is pretty obvious. They are either allied to one and dont like the other one, or just flat out dont like one of the parties. They are either allied to one and dont like the other one, or just flat out dont like one of the parties. It is becoming increasingly popular to show your true colors these days instead of lying and trying to tie yourself to as many people as possible. I, for one, support this movement, though it has been MOON's philosophy since day 1. I won't hail either party since this is just another repetitive treaty swirling around the bowl. Duncan King
Results 1 - 2 of about 0 for laconophiliac. (0.06 seconds) your word fails, good day sir. edit: my fingers fail, good day to me OOC: Your search - laconophiliac - did not match any documents. /OOC [OOC]The root word is laconophilia which means someone who is an enthusiast of all things Sparta. I guessed that the word for someone who was one was "laconophiliac" but, alas, my latin fails and it is, in fact "Laconophile." So, you're half right, Mogar my latin fails.[/OOC] This is the second time recently you've congratulated someone on a treaty cancellation ... Do you think TPF is better off without Sparta? I was actually mocking those who did a similar thing in the VE and a couple other previous cancellations where an alliance canceled a treaty with NPO or another tC ally. There were quite a few posts which stated, "Congrats [alliance x]." I hadn't seen anything like that until late last month. You're right Bob, it's improper and frankly rude, but I kind of wonder where the criticism was when those alliances were doing it. Or is it only improper when an ally of TPF engages in the practice? As for our swords, like the majority of alliances in this world, if our allies need us, we'll be there. I don't know how the cards will fall, I can only prepare. Edit: tags, spelling, and added more. I think its silly for someone to have to hide their dislike for an alliance. I guess you could make the claim that its rude to thinly veil their contempt behind something like "congratulations" but to claim that people should not speak out when they dont like an alliance is silly, and would simply make this game boring.
