Small error

Hey there,

This isn't a bug, exactly, just a small grammatical error. In the event "Flooding has become a problem in your nation due to the recent heavy rains," Option #1 is "Take action and build dams and levy's in the areas prone to flooding. Citizen income -$5.00." The word should be levies, not levy's, as it's plural and not possessive.

Didn't know if his went here, but I figured I'd point it out.

If this is going to be corrected, might as well do it properly. Levies is the plural of levy, but levy isn't the right word; it's levee or levees. Levy is to impose something, like a tax. Levee is an embankment against river floods.
