In certain situations, a PIAT is the perfect level of commitment. Too often do alliances cut to the chase without second thought or further consideration. It is those relationships that become the most painful casualties of war. The Mushroom Kingdom and the New Polar Order are two alliances who refuse to be a part of such farces, hence a PIAT.
