Omniscient1 Posted March 26, 2009 Report Share Posted March 26, 2009 (edited) Here is one of the greates treaties ever.Feel free to read and give your congrats at the end Novus Ordo Virtus Artis & The Shadow Confederacy Presents a Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression PactPreamble As alliances grow (if they don't, they're doing it wrong :v) so do relationships and this treaty is a symbol of growth and new relations. As this concept is the foundation; Novus Ordo Virtus Artis and The Shadow Confederacy agree to extend their relationship. Article I: Independence Both alliances are sovereign entities and agree to respect each others dominion. Article II: Civility Members of both alliances shall remain civil and respectful of each other at all times. Though both signatories agree that debate shall not be stifled by this Article when conducted in the spirit of civility. Article III: Intelligence Both alliances realise the free exchange of ideas help to promote relations and growth. Thus both signatories agree to share information which is considered vital to the other signatory's sovereignty. Article VI: Decorum Both signatories agree not to infringe the other signatory's sovereignty. An infringemnt is considered as military conflict, senate sanctions on the other signatory, spying or aiding and abetting an enemy of the other signatory. If an infringement does occur both alliance will seek to resolve this by diplomatic means and to recompensate the offended signatory to a satisfactory conclusion. Article V: Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Clause I - Should a signatory be attacked by an outside party the other signatory shall consider this an attack upon themself and utilize all means at the disposal to aid the other signatory. Including but not limited to military, financial and diplomatic support. Clause II - Should the other signatory conduct actions against an outside party due to a covert or overt threat, the other signatory is encouraged but not obligated to aid the other signatory within means and shall co-ordinate efforts with the other signatory. Article VI: Amendments Should relations change this treaty can be amended with consent of both signatories. Article VII: Cancellation Treaty cancellation can occur at any time, though the withdrawing signatory agrees to notify and uphold the treaty 72 hours in advance.
