These numbers do not take in account tech lost from deletions and war loses. It is worth $30,000,000,000 at a rate of 3 mill/100 tech. NPO has only recently changed their standard tech buying price to that, in realistic terms I'd estimate his number would be closer taking into consideration reparations. Indeed, in the sum that is 1,000,000, 82k (going off SC number) send from MK is a little drop and obviously enough, Almost one tenth is hardly a small drop, and all from one alliance. That they did it after a war they lost is even more impressive. Not saying the total tech isnt a good achievement though. Go for 1000 members next.
