The funds have already been allocated. We are accepting petitions from ANY nation who may feel in need. The maximum distribution is 250 billion. You must present your case as to why you should be a recipient of this fund and allow for validation of your claims. Nations fitting the criteria will then receive an allocation to their national treasury with an appointed overseer, to ensure that the funds are in fact being used for their humanitarian intended purposes. The overseer will work with the domestic government officials of each nation's health, labor, and economic departments to ensure that the most good is being done. This allocation has been performed at the request of the Dragonisian people who feel that there is a need to share the wealth we have accumulated through our extremely effective trading tactics with a world in obvious, and dire need. If approved, some of the aid will go to our Ministry of the Interior and will be used by the national park service to help preserve the threatened ecosystem by setting up more monitoring stations, breeding stations for endangered animals, seed banks, etc. Some will be used to insure farmers' crops in case they fail in the coming seasons, which may be likely due to the decrease in temperatures. Because of a directive implemented as a result of the nuclear winter, many farms are temporarily state-run which will decrease the chances of the money being misappropriated. These are the only areas suffering right now that can be easily helped along by an injection of money. Some declining sectors, like the tourism industry, would not benefit since the arrival of the nuclear winter coincides with the natural winter, during which the mainly outdoors-based tourism would decline anyway. Granted, we'll actually double it since the intent is to go to their families, perhaps this can be used to construct a memorial. 2 Billion + 2.25 billion. Make it an even 5 billion being wired. Given the stresses endured by your region if the balance is not entirely distributed and there is 300 billion remaining we will see if we can accomodate your request.
