Stefano Palmieri
While we still do not fully approve of the figures we understand that we will have no choice but to pay up. We will be more than willing to send Diplomats to oversee the spending.
Lynneth
With the dissolution of the UFE, we may have to change the percentages going to some countries.

V The King
We believe the original budgeting should stand until a (or many) new sovereign identity(ies) take over the former UFE land. After all, those people are not magically going to be well off just because their nation has changed - there is still radiation and destruction. Until then, the lawlessness would likely make it too hard to properly bring the help to the people there.

DeSchaine
Agreed. Even with sending an international peacekeeping force it would be too difficult.

Vasili Markov
We will allocate aid on a greatest need basis. But we will use the guidelines set out here.
Lynneth
"I mean, we keep the original budget but we do not spend on the former UFE territory at once - we freeze it and distribute once a reliable identity has set itself up." The current Budget is for the aid we will send now. Once countries have been established in the UFE's territory, the budget can be changed. Until then, we use the maximum of our current budget to help those nations that are not in total anarchy.
