Jack Shepard Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 If you have a SDI and 5 Missile Defenses and 5 Satellites... are you able to decommission two Md's and 2 Sat's? or does this requirement work similar to how you cannot decom excess clinics while you have a Hospital?
