Did you just refuse to deal with him because his nation is yet so young? I don't understand the logic behind that. New nations sell technology. Btw, I organised the tech deals shown in the screen shot above and i can confirm that Chology is a rogue and has no intention to honor the tech deal. FACE will send the tech instead since it was us who organised this deal, he was a member of FACE for a few days. Now i have to pay myself for the tech that he owes. He also used same IP to make an application at our forums with 2 different nations, which were both used to "sell" tech. How much obvious can it get? Not to mention he also tried to "sell" 2 donations while in our alliance, thanks god we managed to warn the buyers in time. That was enough for me to mention it to a BAPS colleague who, after checking the nations in question, agreed with my initial suspicion. I guess I was right. On the subject of tech selling: Setting yourself up as a tech selling & tech raiding alliance will end in disaster Tommy, your trading partners will not be happy if tech raids gone wrong stop delivery of tech owed. If they don't get deleted, they will be Zied in the next days. Any of the tech buyers who sent him money can help the case by sending some cash to nations that are at war with them, except to me.
