To those who first stopped whining and began writing. To Dark Templar for energetically pursuing this end from the get go. To Sparta for the tiered treaty, and the vehement interest and passion. To Pmac for single-handedly working on yet another possibility! To Gabriel Carver for pushing black team propaganda, one idea that culminated in the silly but fun Black History Month and gave us an excuse to post this treaty today, the last day of February. To myworld for allowing the Dark Vows to support economy in the meantime. To mrcalkin for dictating his desires to Sceptor, and for writing bad words in the GoogleDoc of the treaty to see if Sceptor would notice. (allegedly) To Sceptor for hosting many black summits, taking the prevailing viewpoints and attempting to incorporate everyone's desires in the best compromise possible, writing in clear and concise language the treaty you see here today. To the BLACK TEAM for always holding true to the values inscribed, whether they were members of the Dark Vows, independent, strong or weak. On the important points in this treaty, there was never any dissension. Always, a free senate. Always, prevention of black-black raiding. Always welcoming new alliances and nations. Dark Vows still exists. Still hosts the Black Conclave where we warn of the dreaded scourge of mhawk momentarily holding a senate seat, only to see the devil himself appear to say, "Howdy." You are still missing a couple of major players, hopefully that will not result in any problems; I recognise that with so many on Black it would be pretty much impossible to have full coverage at foundation.
