Generalissimo Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 As the world moves into communist and anticommunist factions the peaceful coexistence between nations becomes evermore perilous, even states struggling to avoid hostilities may find difficulty eluding the impending storm. Colonialism, Embargo, Insurgency, Intervention, or outright Invasion may be the fate of those who refuse to play by the power blocks. Procinctia proposes the creation of an association of unaligned states, an international conference to advocate the concerns of the unaligned. All countries are invited to address the association, however, only the unaffiliated are permitted to participate in the organization of the association. As tempting as letting nations breaking upon shores sounds, some might prefer a more diplomatic approach. A group advocating the concerns of nonaligned nations would hopefully support peaceful coexistence internationally. Agostinho Neto Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 (edited) The Azerbaijani Republic always condemned anti-communist policies for being hypocrital and anti democratic, but we do not consider ourself communists even if a Marxist party has been democratically elected in November 2008 with a strong majority of 80 seats in the 125 seats National Assembly. As a multiparty democracy, our political establishment may take an opposite course at the next general elections, so we define ourself neutral in the matters of ideology and international movemements. Tought we condemn European and North american nationalism for their attempts to create new hegemonies and colonialist empires. We are interested in joining this association, and coordinate an office with neutral and peaceful governments. Reasonable, neutral, peaceful governments have been increasingly difficult to find, hence necessity for this proposed association.Recent international developments have forced our hand, the international ideological war may develop sooner than anticipated, in response Procinctia proposes a formal meeting. General Orlov Posted February 27, 2009 Report Share Posted February 27, 2009 Due to the Axis/Comintern conflict, Bolshevik officials have exited the country and Elizaveta Krasivaya, Head of Bolshevik Federation Foreign Relations Committee relays a messege to Generalissimo requesting to attend the meeting for the Bolshevik Federation as a guest. Aid- "What could you possibly hope to accomplish by joining this discussion, the Comintern is at war!" Krasivaya-"I...I'm not yet sure. Perhaps..." The plane shakes violently as something large flyes passed in the opposite direction, followed by several more. They are NAAC aircraft that narrowly tore the small jet to pieces, quieting the last hope for reform within the Bolshevik Federation. After the narrow escape, the dialogue continues. Krasivaya- "Because I hope to quicken the end of this..damn war." she quickly turned and wiped a tear from her cheek. What hasent been released to the public, was Krasivaya calls for a more open government, and her offers for more sweeping reform. Her plans are said to be able to relive the nation of many negative effects of their Socialist system, while emphasizing on its successes. She has also given names of provenly currupt officials within the BFCP and throughout the government. This was covered up to avoid giving Krasivaya the medias attention, and provocking public outrage. Her reasons for attending this conference is to speak directly to the international community but is in direct defiance of threats she has recieved from partymembers, and in hopes of finding some way to quicken the pace towards a peaceful solution tot he war. Of course you will consider many of us bourgeois, but such ideological distinctions are entirely irrelevant to the Unaligned Association.At this conference Meritocracy, Transitional Coalition, and Republic rally to a common cause. OCC: Generalissimo will make his formal organizational proposals Monday. Until then almost any representative (within reason) from a certified CNRP-R nation has the floor, but with preference to Unaligned Association members.
