The Centurion Brotherhood (henceforth known as TCB) and the International Protection Agency (henceforth known as IPA) come together today to improve on an already stylish relationship. No Rough Stuff (Outside the Suite) The Nations of the two respective Alliances in this pact agree to restrict war between the Alliances and their members. No Nation from either Alliance may attack another Nation in either of the two Alliances, or persuade or manipulate other nations outside to do so. No Keeping Secrets Both parties will share information relative to the security and well being of the other signatory. Neither of the signatory alliances shall condone any means of spying, or espionage on the other signatory under any circumstances. Should either alliance come into possession of classified information they will reveal this to the other signatory and brand the spy as a rogue and allow the other party to punish him or her as they see fit. Mandatory Foreplay If either TCB or IPA come under attack, they can call on the other to back them up, be it militarily or financial or orally. Both signatories are bound to provide aid to each other unless a conflict of interest arises, in which case the other party should remain neutral. "You think your sister would be interested?" Either party may request assistance in aggressive wars. The propositioned party may refuse, though acceptance is recommended, and experimenting is fun. Honeymoon's Over As if. But seriously, if any terms are breached, or if someone wants to call it quits, they need to notify the other party through private channels. A 72 hour period of non-aggression exists after the cancellations. Of course, counseling is recommended. WHAT? Zord goes where?
