Centurius
In the center of the nation surrounded by water and fertile soil a new City would arise some would even consider it a paradise. Utilizing modern technology to build it from scratch it would have skyscrapers reaching records the central being 818 metres high. --- Statement from the Empress: "We are at the edge of a new age, we all came from several Countries divided by warfare however this has changed we have become an advanced nation who can proudly say they have a solid position in the world. Today we will symbolise this new age by building a new Jericho a paradise and safe from attacks due to the advanced network of tunnels and shelters underground immune against EMP and Nuclear Attacks. Today we will show the world what we can do. Today we can proudly say hail Phoenicia!" After this the crowd of thousands would answer only one thing. "Hail Phoenicia!" --- A computer animation of the new Jericho. What it doesn't show is the large underground network.

Triyun
We hope you know, no tunnel or shelter is truly immune to a nuclear attack (you just need a better penetrator). We hope you don't act any differently militarily because of that assumption. Your architecture is quite impressive, we wonder what will happen to the towns and cities around it along with the numerous historical sites? We thank you for your compliments and as for your question we have taken great care of avoiding as much historical sites as possible as the city is build mostly on dessert those that were unfortunatly hit have had statues and paintings moved to other cities. The citizens in the cities were compensated by choice from 2 methods. A payment worth twice the property lost or compensation in the form of a new house/business also worth twice the former. King Kevz
The President of Somalia express his amazement and congratulations at being able to plan the construction of such a wonderous sight and hopes that even if it is prepared against nuclear attack it never has to suffer from one. With that the President wishes you the best in its construction.
