At the same time Slavorussia warns Germany that if Estovakia is attacked with nuclear weapons there will be no mercy. In response to this all of the remaining Imperium troops are currently pulling back from the nation's borders and are currently equipping themselves with the weapons and equipment needed to launch an invasion of Germany. Almost instantly, full blown panic erupts as citizens race home and some start to loot. Before he left for the PM, Romanov made this decree. The Germans have brought back Martens. They brought a nuclear holocaust to our allies. As of now a state of hostility exist between our nations. A step below war, any german personnel entering Molakian territory will be killed without quarter. GTI, now known how unstable Europe is and will always be, has retreated its forces (they never arrived) to Diberia. GTI will not be going to war. The cost of war would be too great, rather than "subtracting a loss" and living with the aftermath. GTI will no longer have anything to do with Europe. Once again, Vantaa Airport will become a base of operations for recovery efforts. Our scientists are debating the pros and cons of seeding the atmosphere with chemicals to induce rain. Statement from President DeSchaine We deplore the use of nuclear weapons by any nation, for any reason. They are the devils own toy. But for the people of Hansa in general and Helsinki in point to have suffered a SECOND such disaster... especially since they had not the ability to produce such weapons... We condem everyone involved in the launch of this missile as a mass murderer, from the nations leader, all the way down to the crewman who pushed the button. Additionaly, I am annoucing the step up of Taeunas programs into ABM defenses. We will work with any nation that desires to help perfect this kind of defense. Taeunas opens its borders and its arms to the Hansa people. Any citizen of Hansa is welcome here as a permanent resident, or as a temporary refugee. Once in Kazan Empress Kusanagi would board one of three Slavorussian luxury jets. Two of the jets would be used as decoys flying in different directions.
