Though never 'officially' disbanded, it had fallen into misuse. By Crown Decree #45 and Parliamentary Confirmation, King Elijah has officially re-commissioned the Dragon Claw back into service as the Stragegic Tactical Intelligence and Reconnisance Service or S.T.I.R.S. S.T.I.R.S. will serve as the domestic Situational Analysis branch of the Ministry of State and tasked with determining and mitigating threats within the Kingdom. The HQ, Dept.
