[Lynneth]

The Mando'ade, listening in on this conversation, lloked up the language in the archives, and found it was another human tongue called 'German.'

After translating what was being said, another simple message was sent to the Holy German Empire. it was in German, although those receiving the message might find it being spoken a little hesitantly, and with an odd accent.

"Greetings from Mandalore. Would you wish to send a diplomat to us?" They had payed special note to the idea that the Germans hadn't wished foreigners on their soil at this time.

OOC: Sorry, I don't know German, and I don't sufficiently trust automatic translators.

Strengthening of the Empire's infrastructure and industry continued, as factories, power plants and office-buildings were being built in the entire country.

The Emperor had the highest degree of authority, but granted the states and their counties some degree of own authority, so that they were capable of doing some things, such as strengthening the economy, on their own.

It seemed to be fairly successful.

New weapons, better weapons were needed.

Current tank-designs were refined. For example, the Leopard 2A4 would soon enter service, already named this because of many refinements during and after the testing phase.

To strengthen the economy more, a number of corporations were founded, while traditional ones were strengthened. Among these were

- Bayer

- BMW

- Commerzbank

- Telekom

- E.ON

- Fresenius

- Grundig

- Heckler&Koch

- Siemens

And many, many more.

Already, the GDP exceeded one trillion, and it would only grow over the next months and years.

Construction of many factories had been finished, but still more were to be built.

At the moment, one of the biggest projects was constructing what amounted to a gigantic city in what was called the Ruhrgebiet, an area with immense amounts of coal, iron and other valuable minerals that could be mined. At the same time, modernisation of the military and fortification of the borders was being done.

Expensive projects, but they would be worth it in the end.

A second radio transmission was sent to the Holy German Empire, "You comfortable enough for visitors over there yet?"

A message was sent to Germany from Wales.

"Ni chan 'r 'n Gyd Brenhiniaeth chan Cymru a Lloegr gwna ddeisyf Almaen, Yr bydew. Carem at gofyn am a furthering chan 'n berthynasau drwo 'n economaidd chydfodau. Chlywom lawer chan fel iawn 'n abl Almaen, Yr ydy i mewn adnoddau."

We of the United Kingdom of Wales and England do wish Germany well. We would like to inquire about a furthering of our relations through economic agreements. We have heard much of how very rich Germany is in resources.

A voice came across the radio-waves from Central America. It spoke, soft and resolute at the same time. The tongue was long since lost to the ages, but most knew it as the one Master Language from which nearly every world tongue had sprung.

"Greetings. We are Nobody. We would like to meet and study you."

"We are Nobody. Names are reserved only for those-who-command. One of them is as of now departing for the origin of the broadcast. In the meantime, what can we tell about us?"

"Nobodies' points of origin have never been found. We normally appear in the wild and assimilate into society. We are located along the narrow axis of the two continents to the west of your location. There is a rather large canal through our major city. What is this 'Culture' you speak of...?"

The Dragons landed in a particularly odd fashion, at a low enough speed, their suits unlocked and they moved their legs down, then they slowed to a stall and simply fell onto their feet in the J-1 suits. They would walk up to the rats, still wearing their flight suits, but with their visors up. "Hey, so this is the Holy Empire?" One of them would speak in fluent German as the others remained politely quiet. "Nice place. It's been a very long flight, got anywhere we can rest?" The accent was heavy, punctuated by growls, clicks, and hisses. It was apparent they were weary from the very long however, with their slouching postures. "We had to refuel twice on the way here."

With that, the officer bowed slightly and turned, walking to a military truck.

"Yes, this is the Holy German Empire. And yes, we have prepared a dwelling for you. However, it could be somewhat uncomfortable due to the wings. I will lead you there."

Our goals revolve around the categorization and identification of every Sentient Species on this world. The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution, organization or group would be rather hard to explain considering the mental architecture of most Nobody forms. The most common form of Nobody is the Dusk; they are workers and the basic foot soldiers of the Empire. The hive mind they share.

The Nobody Operator offered up other information. "Other forms include Samurai, Sorcerers, and with the combat raging in North America for reclaiming the wilderness, a distressing number of Nobodies rather similar to the Storm-Dragons."
