MercyFallout Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 Re-establishment of the Shillan Province of Kaya Solari City, Kaya, New Shillan Empire: With the collapse of the New Irish government and state, the people of the area known as "Turkmenistan" have voted to rejoin the Empire as a full province under the name of Kaya. A number of Shillan Military units have begun deployment to the area and the reintegration of Kaya into the Empire has begun. The Emperor has chosen to hold a massive ceremony with leaders of the former New Irish government, local governments, and the governments of nearby nations to celebrate this momentous occasion. ===Classified=== Shillan mobile missile launch vehicles began movement back into Kaya and missile silos have begun to be used once more.
