Weird, I just got done fighting 2 TPA nuclear nations that definitely fought back. Odd that I would be over twice your size. Maybe it has something to do with a difference in ability... Because we sought out TPA ourselves and decided to fight them, carried out a blitz on them, then performed a nuclear first strike...
