Buying Feb and Mar Donation

Hello! I'm trying to pull of a double donation at the end of Feb and start of Mar. It doesn't necessarily have to both be from the same person. Paying 21 mil for each (terms may be negotiable). I have a middleman to get the aid sent out a little quicker than just 3 mil every 10 days.
