Indeed, the Nords collected and distributed massive amounts of capital around the world. Little known to the rest of the world, nearly all transactions that the state run businesses were not done in credits, but in solid gold, jewels and other valuables and were stored in a secure bunker in the Southern Warsaw section in addition to historic Gold strikes. Under the decree of Kaiser Albert Tanzband, all former tangible assets of Greater Nordland are to be reintroduced into the market and converted into solid Nordmarks. The integration of tangible funds into the market will be done slowly to assure the gold market is maintained at it's current level, and to assure the Nordmark does not crash. With the allocation of these funds, the Königlich-Preußische Hauptbank (Kingdom of Prussia Headbank) will be formed under the decree of the Kaiser. It will be the Nation's only nationalized industry in the financial sector. The functions of the organization will be divided in three ways as follows. National Development: Loans will be used to advance infrastructure development within the Kingdom of Prussia. Research Grants: Investment grants will be used to increase private sector research and development, advancing the standard of living not only in Prussia, but around the world. Social Responsibility: Low interest loans will be allocated to developing nations around the world to increase the human condition, cultural advancement, infrastructure development and general national maintenance. Königlich-Preußische Hauptbank will have it's headquarters in Königsburg at the newly finished Frederick Plaza in the downtown region. We are looking for a way to rebuild after the attacks that devastated our southern and southwestern coasts a few days ago, and increased trade just might help with that. While they obviously have their European office in Prussia, they are free to open a national or even Balkan or Meditteranean office in either Sofia, the nationas capitol, or Prishtina, capitol of our Kosovo province.
