We also do hereby serve warning that any vessels, planes, UAV's drones, ships or troops found within 1000km of New Zealand will be either escorted out or treated as hostile. There are to many opportunistic lunatics eager to right even the slightest perceived wrongs and we will not tolerate them, their presence or their interfering. So, let it be known, this is an affair that is being handled, and we are of sufficient capability to control the situation, deal with any unforeseen occurrences on the islands, and blow the absolute heck out of anyone who we feel is sticking their nose where is doesn't be long or other wise acting like a git on the world stage. The complaint that no time for response was given (about 3 hours and 12 minutes) is quite legitimate. As previously said, half are safe, half are within strike range for those that care. That being said, as you've seemingly continued on based on a different interpretation. If the current situation is satisfactory It would be better to just continue on with that at this point. It is only here that refugees would be turned away or allowed to be picked up by anyone. We are simply controlling our borders, no more and no less. If anyone wishes to pick up DKT in these zones to help with their relocation to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in our backyard, you are more than welcome to do so. At this time we're not even sure the Coast Guard has in fact isolated any DKT refugee barges in the national waters as of yet, we are stating our actions pro-actively to prevent any global confusion. Since those civilians continue to take up arms when their old nation's allies get into conflict. DKT civilians are by and large considered a non-civilian threat. We agree that maintaining borders is a reasonable security, but the fact that several nations have sent warships from across the Pacific Ocean to attack civilians, instead of the actual rebels, is appaling. To claim anyone one is a terrorist would mean they have strike terror into people. We only see aggresive nations causing terror among refugees of a broken population. You shall immediately release those people, and leave this area. Further intrustion shall result in your ships being as mindlessly and easily dispatched as the civilian ones you attacked. Those people were never anywhere near the DE border. This unlawful seizure of people and property is abduction, and if you want to battle group to remain afloat, you shall release them back onto their ships where you took them from.
