Sal Paradise
I can assure you that the GPA did not forget. We are patient and value diplomatic discussions. Doesn't seem like an effective diplomatic discussion. The other alliances claim to have forgotten, so what were you discussing?
MCRABT
Indeed it has been overdue. Congratulations GPA.

Dagnarus
I think what Thomas means is that it was not up to the GPA to open discussions regarding this term. They were patient and didn't force the issue, now they're released so everything is as it should be. Though Thomas can correct me if I'm wrong/
bill n ted
Not all Q alliances participated in the war. Not all Q alliances declared war. Azaghul
Nice to see y'all can get nukes again. Even if they are rather pointless because they'll never be used.
Doitzel
A year under terms, for a neutral alliance that undertook no covert or overt offencive action. Congratulations, GPA. Good luck learning to walk on your feet.

Owned-You
I wasn't even aware GPA were still under terms of surrender. Congrats on finally being free. (Never though I'd see terms lasting nearly a year.)

Lord Brendan
Nice to see y'all can get nukes again.Even if they are rather pointless because they'll never be used. I tend to agree with you on that. Has a GPA nation ever fired a nuclear weapon and not been branded a rogue? By the way, nobody answered me in the other thread. What alliances are currently signatories of the Declaration of Neutrality?
Yubyubsan
A year under terms, for a neutral alliance that undertook no covert or overt offencive action.Congratulations, GPA. Good luck learning to walk on your feet. Your misspelling of "offensive" proves that you are wrong. I say that GPA had plans to take over the Cyberverse and destroy the (OOC: world). By merely saying this, I am right, and anything anyone says in argument is wrong by default.
potato
Not all Q alliances declared war. Some declared neutrality and let their members attack GPA regardless That little smiley in the end is quite ironic considering the actions of some of your members in the last war. But this is not the place nor time to pursue this. Congrats to you, GPA. A long earned freedom: may you go back to your happy end neutral ways. Wehrmacht13
Congratulations GPA. 11 months is a long time for a term like this and I wondered when you guys could build up to 1000 nukes again. By the way, nobody answered me in the other thread. What alliances are currently signatories of the Declaration of Neutrality? First question: Yes we have in defense. Second question: That question was promptly answered: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?s...t&p=1236367 Edited February 2, 2009 by Thomasjtx
