svartingr Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 Hey everyone. I tried logging into CN this morning. I had recently changed my password, and so my memory was a little fuzzy. Anyway, now I'm trying to have my password reset. Each time I go through all the steps, I keep getting this: You have received an error trying to view a page. Here is the detailed error code: There was an error with the temporary password process. Please request a new temporary password by using the Forgot Password link to the left. admin Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 The temp password is case sensitive so be sure to copy and paste it in the form. Also make sure there are no spaces before or after the temp password. You'll probably want to request a fresh temp password email before trying again.
