I go to the screen called "foreign aid," but it is not clear how to initiate such a transaction. I have searched this forum and read the stickies. I cannot find my answer. Across the top of their nation you will see various links: Message | Declare War | Trade | Aid | View Map | Spy | Make Donation Click 'Aid' On the aid screen type in what you want to send, your password, and send.
