The soldiers and what remains of the tanks continue pushing forward and firing, hoping to kill all of them before they can get back to their "safe" lands.

By now, every communist in a 10-block radius knew something was going on. Tanks patrolling streets stopped, received a report from troops in the street and started heading towards the explosion. Soldiers readied their guns, made sure they were fully loaded and also headed towards the sound.

The continued persistence of the communist USB forces served only to hasten their demise. 40 Zulu Cobras were launched towards the capitol alongside 40 AH-64's. The group would proceed first towards the remnants of the USB line before the Cobras broke towards the capitol to begin eliminating any resistance to the main invasion force. Meanwhile all bomber groups were ordered back to base to be armed with smart munitions while F/A-18's flew fighter bomber missions as a stop gap against the main USB line.

Once the USB airport had been completely secured, the available planes were filled with passengers and then took off towards URPR territory.

Meanwhile, the AC-130 landed, its captain asking for ammunition and new fuel so they could go back and kick "wannabe-commie"-rears.

At the same time, the bulk of Saborian Forces advanced into the city, inspecting every house for USB soldiers and, whenever they found one, immediately opening fire. The howitzers kept firing on the advancing enemy, likely slowing them down considerably.

All of the constructed (80) V-22's were called upon to deliver a force of 2400 marines into the capitol to assist in capturing and bringing the communist regime to justice. The force should be able to take off in 24 hours. Please move to secure as many open areas as possible to use as drop points for the insertion.

The USB soldiers on the border had only a handful of men left, all the tanks destroyed. They saw they were done for and like in front of the Saborians, they dropped their weapons and shot themselves. They would rather die than face the forces allied against them.

In the capital, (OOC: Referred to as Hojiiden from now on /OOC) tanks were rolling towards the explosion. What they saw was one of their trucks blown to smithereens and blood everywhere. The men shake their heads, collect themselves and continue looking for the ones responsible.

The evacuation airplanes finally arrived, with the escort of 3 Su-30 MKI jets and an extra 20 evacuation airplanes.

This is GLS air force, we are requesting landing for 25 evacuation airplanes, 3 Su-30 MKI jets, and one refueling jet. We also have troops, light military armed jeeps, light artillery guns, 5 camera recording crews, and supplies in the evacuation airplanes.

OOC: I'm assuming you fire on my normal forces

IC: As most of the Saborian forces were already within the city and had engaged USB forces, thus being somewhat dispersed, the artillery didn't do half as much as it could have when the Saborians still were outside the city in a more or less tight formation.

However, the computers of the howitzers, observing the path of the enemy's shells managed to trace where they came from - and opened fire on the enemy artillery.

*Back at the U.R.P.R. Airfield*

One company(30) of men will be in a V-22 en route to Hojiiden. The force is now taking off and flying low to the ground to avoid detection.

Meanwhile, 1st regiment and 1st and 2nd tank battalions have met up with the B.R.A. forces and is now continuing east to Hojiiden. The AH-1Z's have made it to Hojiiden after the AH-64's turned back and are beginning to attack concentrations of troops as well as clear large intersections.

IC: The evacuation airplanes and jet fighters landed. As civilians poured into the evacuation airplanes, GLS military forces poured out of the evacuation airplanes. GLS military trucks drove close to the battle area and deployed vehicles, soldiers, supplies, and artillery guns. Soon, military 4 wheelers, armed with machine guns, roared as they sped into the violent communist military area, followed by heavily armed military jeeps.

OOC: I assumed that my airplanes are allowed to land. The GLS military 4-wheelers are extremely fast, they have a max speed of 90 mph, 100 mph with turbo booster (which last a max of 5 minutes), and the heavily armed military jeeps have a max speed of 110 mph, 130 mph with turbo boosters. I expect to see lots of road kills.

OOC: Well, considering that one of the only two airbases in the entire country are occupied by Saboria, I would assume so, unless they tried to land in the other airbase. As for the vehicles themselves, can you say overkill?

As for this next segment, it's basically when everything is over, there's nothing left to fall back. Last stand time.

IC: Nearly every trace of the USB military is gone. All that is left is about 11,450 troops, some armor, and an artillery battery. Among the eleven-odd thousand men is Kai Wullf. He has started broadcasting via a citywide PA system that if the allies manage to enter the Reichtag and find him, then they will only find his cold, dead body. All the P-51's, Migs, and F-86's are ordered to attempt to maintain air superiority. Every Apache, Bristol Blenheim and B-25 is ordered to bomb any opposing force that can be found.

The bloodied and battered USB makes it's last stand as a nation tonight. The last remaining of the Ultranationalists and it's leader, Kai Wullf. The tanks ready, the artillery aimed at the possible entrance points.

*Kai's speeches continue repeating*

"You may have killed our men, may have taken our citizens, even taken our honor. But you can never take away our love for the country or our will to live! We will fight to the last droplet of blood, to the last man, to the last bullet. If we are going to die, we are taking you with us!"

The response from allied forces to the unjust government was one of action. The bombers had come back fresh from rearmament dropped their GPS guided payload on the remnant forces in Hojiiden. As the V-22s flew overhead the marines parachuted out or stormed out of the landed aircraft. The combined force finally reached the outskirts of the city and quickly infiltrated most of the western side and began to encroach on the capitol building. The end of this facist regime was at hand.

Meanwhile, Saborian forces kept fighting against USB soldiers, slowly making their way towards the governmental building, though taking considerable losses. More than 350 men were already heavily wounded or KIA.

With their new reinforcements, the BRA forces numbered 2300 men and 400 tanks. Aircraft were being launched from BRA as well, 30 F-22s and 50 Tu-160s to compliment the squadrons currently in the skies.

"Alright, men! Let's show these fascists what we're made of! The first time was just to test their mettle, but this time..." Gafgarion pauses to look at his soldiers' morale. They were beaming at him. Even outnumbered, their efforts, combined with the Saborians and the air attacks from URPR, would soon overcome the desperate USB. Gafgarion knew they would need to stay on top of their game, though, so his speech's impact would be crucial.

"This time, we are not merely a dog at the end of its chain, barking at shadows! This time, we will strike against the fascist usurpers of USB and redeem this once proud nation! This time, we will not turn and run because our priorities are not to fight! This time, WE'RE OUT FOR BLOOD!!!"

Amidst the cheering and applause that followed, Commander Gafgarion had little doubt that this war would be over in no time. The ISAF forces began marching to Hojiden, where their enemies awaited them with bated breath, and where the coup de gras would finally take place.

--Hojiden Infiltration--

Adelie and King had finally located the capitol building, the Reichtag. However, getting in would be no small task. It was clear that the USB was in its last throes, because all of its remaining forces (OOC: You had all of them at Reichtag, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.) were stationed there, patrolling and defending this building which had become nothing short of a fortress.

"How are we gonna get in there, King?" Adelie asked, glancing nervously around at all the tanks holding the perimeter.

"It's not gonna be simple... or fun." King had an idea, that much was certain, but what it could be was anyone's guess. He was pondering the tanks as they were rolling around the courtyard, slowly surveying every inch of the surrounding area, reminding anyone close-by that their doom was one careless step away.

"Adelie, we're going to hitch a ride on those tanks... but we'll have to be fast about it. Think you're up to it?"

"O-Of course! What would make you think I wasn't?"

"I've seen you get shaken up. You're wondering who's gonna be next, right? First Rock, then Snares. But I'm telling you right now, their deaths were flukes. The enemy got lucky, and those two were unfortunate enough to be their targets. I'm not gonna let them get either of us. We have a mission to finish. Not just for us, but for them as well."

"You're right, King! Now how do we get to those tanks without getting crushed or shot?"

King explained how one of the tanks kept passing by a building with a small wall next to it, and was pushing up snow to create an embankment. They were going to dig through that embankment and crawl under the tank when it passed by next to grab onto its undercarriage. Then they were going to ride the tank back to the rear entrance and infiltrate the Reichtag from there. The next part would have to be played by ear, because they had no way of knowing what awaited them inside.

"You ready? Let's go!"

We request our allies to hold position approximately 20 miles away from the Reichtag for 3 hours. To the "Communist" Government of USB, you have exactly that much time to surrender.

OOC: Well, considering that one of the only two airbases in the entire country are occupied by Saboria, I would assume so, unless they tried to land in the other airbase. As for the vehicles themselves, can you say overkill?

OOC: No, those vehicles can kill your soldiers easily by running into them. The military jeeps have giant machine guns, or anti tank guns turrets (attached with a rocket launcher) attached on the back of the jeep. The 4-Wheelers can be blow up with mines, rockets, and grenades, and the driver is vulnerable to enemy's fire. The military jeeps can withstand heavy machine gun fires and grenade blast (assuming the grenade doesn't go inside the jeep), but the jeeps are vulnerable to rockets, powerful land mines, and anti armor shells. Besides, its hard to hit a military jeep with a rocket or an anti armor shell when it is speeding 110 mph to 130 mph and constantly firing.

As soon as they saw and heard the jeeps coming, every FlaK opened up with a hail of metal, explosives and shrapnel. Several tanks also joined in, fring their rounds and machine guns, hoping to hit the drivers.

Cease fire, we're trying to get the enemy to surrender. Failure to comply will result in your removal from the theater, by force if necessary.

You fascist capitalists impose your will on us, we defend ourselves and you exterminate us, while I sit in my office, take this pistol in my hand, and use one bullet to kill myself. We have traps in every corridor, every room, every corner. Kick a door open, a machine gun on the other side of the door opens fire and kills the poor soul that kicked the door. Maybe a claymore on a corner, inside a room. Grenade tripwires in hallways, killing all near. We will not surrender, either kill none of us or kill us all! NO ALTERNATIVES! DIPLOMACY HAS FAILED AND SO SHALL YOU!"

OOC: An anti tank round can finish off that tank. That is why some of the jeeps are equipped with anti tank turrets and all jeeps have portable anti tank guns.

As the three hours have passed (OOC: N Reeki's post counts as fast-forward, right?), Gafgarion's troops have begun marching on the Reichtag. They should be upon it in 2 hours at the swiftest.

The air support launched from BRA has also arrived, and the F-22s are patrolling the skies and engaging in air-superiority sorties wherever necessary, while the Tu-160s are keeping their distance at high altitude until the battle begins in earnest.

--Infiltration--

Adelie and King managed to reach the back entrance of the Reichtag undetected by crawling underneath and holding onto the undercarriage of the USB tanks. They were resting momentarily behind some large crates nearby when King had received word of the main attack force's approach.

"King, you've got less than two hours to capture Kai Wullf, or else he may commit suicide. We are fairly certain that the invasion will go off without a hitch, so we're leaving him up to you two. Bring him back alive so we can make him pay for his crimes!"

"Yes sir, General Orlandu." King looked at Adelie, who appeared to be ready for anything at this point. They had a five grenades between the two of them, as well as enough ammo to take out a good fifty soldiers before having to grab new weapons. The challenge they faced now was locating and capturing Kai before he became aware of their presence and had the time to kill himself as he had threatened to do in his latest broadcast.

"King, let's go. I'm ready."

"Alright, let's get even with this guy."

With the BRA airforce providing air-superiority, the AC-130 took off once again, into the direction of the USB capital.

It had been fully refueled and restocked, and was ready to lay waste to whatever its crew saw as hostile to Saboria and its current allies.

Meanwhile, the Saborian forces had driven the USB forces back, now a mere fourteen kilometers away from the government building. They prepared for the final assault, while the Howitzers had moved somewhat closer to get as many USB forces into their firing range as possible.

As this is said the I.S.A.F. forces under U.R.P.R. had remained at the 20 mile mark as ordered. The only thing remaining was the group of 40 AH-1Z's that were engaging targets of opportunity.
