I can only gaurantee you 3 million upfront. I can speak to my alliance and see if the bank will pay and let me pay them back, but that might take a day or two. Edit: I would only do this deal if you are in a reputable alliance that can provide some kind of tech/financial backup should the deal not be honoured.
